Stainless
Steel Fibres Epitropic Fibres Ltd offers a range of
316L Conductive Stainless steel fibres. These steel fibres offer high
conductivity levels along with excellent temperature resistance, for
demanding applications such as; filtration media, industrial nonwovens
and thermal applications.
Incorporating Epitropic steel fibres by spinning technologies can
also produce spun yarns for applications such as; protective clothing,
electro magnetic shielding and thermal technical textiles.
These slivers contain bundles
of conductive broken fibres. The composition is 100% 316L stainless
steel and can be used in 100% form or blended with other synthetic
or natural fibres. Typical applications are :nonwovens, floor
coverings and elctro magnetic shielding.
Presented in cartons : 67x41x41cm

Epitropic pre-blended 316L
steel fibres offers a 50/50 blend of steel fibres with polyester
staple fibres. This intimate blend ensures good opening of the
fibres to enhance downstream processing such as needlepunch
and spunlace manufacture.
